These Terms of Use govern your use of the Numly application (the "App") developed by David Collado Sela. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Estos Términos de Uso rigen el uso de la aplicación Numly (la "App") desarrollada por David Collado Sela. Al usar la App, aceptas estos términos.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos que poseas o controles, sujeto a estos Términos y a los Términos de Servicio del App Store.

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

La App ofrece compras opcionales dentro de la aplicación para desbloquear funciones adicionales. Todas las compras se procesan a través del App Store de Apple y están sujetas a los términos y condiciones de Apple. Las compras no son reembolsables excepto cuando lo requiera la ley aplicable.

All data you create in the App (URLs and associated numbers) is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We do not have access to your data.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
